Motorcycles are considered grown-up toys. I know there are kids these days in motocross and other racing outlets, but really, how young is too young to get your children interested in motorcycles? I don't think that's a question that can be answered honestly. There are too many variables, but I don't think it's ever too early to get the mini versions of yourself on a toy that you would have liked as a kid. We review a lot of grown-up toys here on SpotMotorcycles, but here's something everyone will enjoy.
This Ride On Motorcycle is a replica of a 1948 Indian motorcycle, but it's powered with a 6-Volt electric motor. It's intended for small riders ages 3 to 5 years or up to 55 pounds (sorry, all you fathers out there). It has a top speed of 2 mph, so no worries about your little ones cruising down the freeway just yet. When you start it up, it gives off "real" engine sounds, and it has a forward and reverse. This toy comes with a battery charger and does require some assembly, too.
I say everyone will enjoy this because your kids are going to freak out and have a blast, and you'll love watching them as they bump into walls or drive around in circles until the battery is dead. It may not be a Wii, but it sure looks like a lot of fun for our future motorcyclists out there.
