Tour Master puts out some great textile accessories. They have superior textile jackets and luggage, including the their nylon slant saddlebags. Unlike jackets that move with the body, saddlebags are subject to consistent wear. I'm happy to see that Tour Master has given these bags all they need to wear well and last long.
Constructed of 840 denier nylon, Tour Master's slant bags are weather resistant. Box lids with velcro and gusseted drawstring closures keep just about anything out. If that's not enough to make you feel safe, they come with covers to keep out the worst rain and dust.
The mounting systems and inward facing side of these bags have a layer of neoprene to protect your bike and the bags from that consistent wear I mentioned earlier. For long term wear on the main cover, synthetic leather panels have been added and, to complete this coordinated effort for durability, the provided mounting hardware is rustproof.
You will be able to fit these bags on your bike any way you please with the adjustable mounting yoke, but when it's time to walk away for the evening, Tour Master has you covered. These bags zip off with a locking zipper system and are equipped with convenient carry handles. If you find yourself traveling light and the bags are empty, the internal support panels will help them hold their shape.
There are three size options for Tour Master's nylon slant saddlebags. They call them medium, large, and extra large, but that's just to avoid anyone thinking that any of their bags are small. All three sizes are 6 inches deep. The smallest is 8.5 inches high and 11 inches wide, and the largest is 10.5 inches high and 16 inches wide. Options are always good.
